Agricultural animal waste has been disposed of on opening of public footpath
Reported via mobile in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 15:10, Sat 28 January 2023
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4179881.
There is a section of the footpath where vehicles park to walk their dogs which this is a verge and I’ve check with local council as we are not blocking the entrance or the path we are ok to park there. The female owner of the farm confronted myself yesterday I won’t go into details as it’s awful but it has been reported to the police as a public offence with intent to distress and she said to me that she is going to get her husband to dump s**** on my car I left however when I came back today there has been agricultural waste tipped on the entrance not accusing anyone but I have got video evidence of this threat. I’m worried that this is a hazard to wildlife and humans as many people use this track with young children. Please can this be cleared by the farm owners.
