2 potholes outside the Spade Oak pub car park entrance need attention, also one on the side of the road where it crosses the bridge just to the south.

  • I took my daughter for a walk in her wheelchair last weekend and very nearly tipped her out. Luckily I had put her harness on, the potholes are situated between Spade Oak Cottage and The Old Thatch. These are serious holes and quite frankly I am surprised that they have not been filled in already as they have been in a bad state for months. Tony Allerton, 1 Spade Oak Meadow, Bourne End.   • It is now 1344 on Wednesday 30th May and we are still waiting for a reply from TFB or WDC as a form of courtesy if nothing else. Some form of acknowledgement would be a pleasure. It has become dangerous to walk down the lane now.
