Exposed gas (?) main cover

Manhole (gas?) cover is exposed due to road deterioration and the corner of the cover is causing a sharp protrusion with high potential to damage tyres and causing vehicles to be on the opposite side of the road. This has been there for a few years now - I’ve only recently discovered that I can report these problems here.
