Disintegrating sunken gully
Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 16:55, Thu 14 May 2009
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later
The gully indicated is sunken and appears to be disintegrating. Many multi- axle heavy vehicles bounce on it and cause considerable shock and vibration to neighbouring properties
I have received 2 emails, one saying the problem has been referred to a technician and the other giving me a reference number. I have not been aware of any other action.

The council has acknowledged the problem, but there has been no obvious action. The council sent contractors to fix it a year or so ago, but it appeared to be a Friday afternoon job ( it was a Friday afternoon). The council technician expressed his frustration, but said it was impossible to get the contractor back to fix the job properly.

As far as I am aware there has been no action whatever at street level.
