Subsidence in the roadway
Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 20:58, Mon 1 June 2015
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 642097.
The is a large subsidence area with a long crack coming from it in the middle/left of the roadway just before the football club gateway, as you are heading for the High Street. It's getting worse.
Vehicles try to avoid it thus crossing the line . A cyclist could be thrown off.

Nothing has been done, not even the magic white paint marking it showing that at least someone has looked at it and work is planned for ........sometime in the future !
The 'sink hole' is max 1/2 a mile from BCC roads office at the Winslow Centre.

Nothing done, not even 'magic' white paint to indicate someone has looked at it and it's now worse, in fact there is further subsidence nearby in same stretch of road.
How can BBC act this way they have transport office just a mile away ( Winslow Centre) and must pass this problem every day!

A few weeks back somebody put a few lines of white paint round the affected areas but nothing has been done , the white paint has mostly gone......so that did not work !
The response to these reporting's is very poor.

Nothing done, still dips in the road. A cyclist could be thrown off
Cars that see it try to avoid by moving over into path of other traffic.
A total disgrace for a middle of town much used road

Still the same yet ages ago somebody, from Bucks sprayed the outline of the dips with white paint, presumably to indicate to the contractors what bits to do, but nothing was done.
Wonder if the contractors got paid for dong it ( not)
