Received by Buckinghamshire County Council and Wycombe District Council moments later

Blocked drain on road, creating an enormous puddle when it rains covering half the road. Continual splashing of our property when cars drive past. Has been reported last year too, the problem keeps coming back.

Problem still exists - heavy rain this morning meant the pavement up Newtown Road was virtually unpassable for pedestrians
