Raised paving causing trip hazard

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 20:02, Sat 7 May 2016

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

This pavement repair protrudes quite significantly above the other paving. I was walking down Church Street on Thursday 28th April and didn't see this as I was carrying my baby in a front hold in a sling and tripped on this. This is very dangerous, my baby could have ended up with a fractured skull had I not recovered myself from the trip. An unacceptable standard of repair that is dangerous for pedestrians. This is located on Church Street pavement on the same side of the road as the University building and graveyard. I am unsure of how long this has been like that, I was on this pavement, again with baby in a sling the previous week on the 20th, but I did not trip on it that time, so am unsure if it was like that or not then.
