Verge and Hedge maintenance

Reported anonymously at 11:24, Mon 1 August 2016

Sent to Aylesbury Vale District Council and Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later

The verges and hedges are lacking maintenance and are now restricting road widths and obstructing line of sight at the junction of Brook Street College Road South. There are increasing safety issues. The hedges are extremely overgrown and also require height maintenance. I have also written to our Parish Council.

  • The hedges have been reduced in width to a more acceptable depth and verge. The road signage is now visible. However hedges have not been reduced in height, they are still 2-3 times higher in places compared to when they were properly maintained.
