Phasing at the lights off the m40 from London direction onto the roundabout are badly phased causing over a Mile tailback every night . Actually sit there waiting for a green light with no traffic coming round from Wycombe. I also see queues in a morning when I am driving to London.

Just hit this pothole, will be checking car for damage and submitting a claim if necessary!
It would appear that all of these hodge repairs have failed!

This is still an issue even after the recent resurfacing works. It's clear that the drain has collapsed beneath as the top of the drain sits below the road surface. This is now a permanent pothole and causes drivers to swerve into lane 2.
