Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

There has been an incident here. a Vehicle maybe a van or lorry, has left the road and crashed through the small trees at speed. pushing one of them through the fence, and leaving a trail of destruction obscuring the path. I think this happened overnight, and the vehicle was recovered, but the mess needs to be put right.
