Received by Aylesbury Vale District Council and Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Broadband speeds here are absolutely atrocious and are FAR below the House of Lords' proposed requirement for a 30Mbps universal service obligation. Please get OpenReach to install a new cabinet here.
