Bollard light not working: More blackened/ no-longer reflective bollards and or bulbs out. Several island reflectors so filthy they dont reflect or bulbs out. several hit by cars and missing. These are effectively concrete obstructions in the centre of the road and have not been maintained thus becoming dangerous solid obstacles in road to avoid. intermittent the entire length of road all need cleaning.
